UNICEF bombs the Smurfs

UNICEF bombs the SmurfsWelcome, MeFi readers!
Ok, this is part of a campaign to educate on the ravages of war. I think this is going to be rather traumatizing for kids though. The only clip I could find was a low bitrate
Here's a better quality video [via iFilm].

I believe that's Dutch actually, since the clip is shown in Belgium and Belgium is half-French, half-Dutch speaking. It certainly isn't German though. Just FYI.

Am I the only one that can't get this video to play correctly? The audio is fine, but the video only shows 1 frame per 4-5 seconds... I've tried it with a number of players.

I'm from Belgium myself (and yes, it's Dutch) and saw the video on tv a couple days ago. I saw the usual intro of the Smurfs Show, and I was saying to my roommate: "Oooh the Smurfs! Wow that brings back a lot of memories!" Then the bombs started dropping and I was actually speechless at the end. It certainly leaves an impression... Man...

It's actually not for children at all. UNICEF was very strict about playing it only after 9pm in Belgium, and the reason there is no official copy of it on the web is that they don't want it used to scare children. They want it to sensitize adults
