California Stars

What a depressingly cold day. You know it's cold when you can see your breath in the apartment elevator. Nothing like a summery Wilco song to warm things up: Wilco - California Stars (live at Farm Aid 1998). California Stars was written by Woddy Guthrie but not put to music until Wilco did the honors on 'Mermaid Avenue', which also features Billy Bragg. Amazingly, Wilco is not featured on the Farm Aid compilation. Oops.
