Delicate Steve is the brainchild of Steve Marion. I don't know much about him other than that he weaves together a cacophony of seemingly disparate musical layers to create his unique instrumental songs. It appears that he is solo on his studio tracks but he does tour with a live band. "Butterfly" is a perfect example of his unusual sound.
