Wired CC Mixter Fine Art of Sampling Contest Winners
The results of the Wired CC Mixter Fine Art of Sampling contest results are in, a contest where artists sample and remix licensed tracks by artists ranging from the Beastie Boys, David Byrne, Thievery Corporation, and Chuck D. Winners will appear on a Creative Commons produced CD called "The Wired CD -- Ripped. Mixed. Sampled. Mashed. Shared." The overall winner, 'On Meaning On' by heavyconfetti, gets to appear as a bonus track on The Fine Arts Militia's next CD featuring Chuck D.
